How does the daily reset work?

Every habit you add under Every day reappears each morning, unchecked. Nothing is lost when it resets — the day you just finished is recorded, which is what Stats and your streak are built from. If the app is open when midnight passes, it rolls over to the new day the next time you come back to it.

How is my streak counted?

Your streak grows on any day you check off at least one habit. It does not require a perfect day — one habit is enough to keep it alive. Miss a whole day and it starts again from one.

I forgot to check something off yesterday.

Use the arrows either side of the date on the Today tab to step back, and tick it there. Future days can't be edited.

What's the difference between a habit and a one-time task?

A habit comes back every day. A one-time task appears until you check it off once, then stops — useful for an errand you want on today's list without it haunting tomorrow's.

How do I pause a habit without losing its history?

Open the category from the Categories tab and switch the habit off. It leaves the daily list but keeps every completion it has recorded, so you can switch it back on later and pick up where you left off. Deleting it, by contrast, removes it for good.

What does "4× per week" do?

It tells Stats what a good week looks like for that habit. A habit set to 4× per week is measured against four days, not seven, so a habit that was never meant to be daily isn't scored as though you failed it three times a week.

What do I get with Pro?

The free app keeps 3 categories, 7 habits, the Coral palette, and the day and week views in Stats. Pro is a one-time purchase — not a subscription — that removes the category and habit limits, adds the Mint, Berry and Sun palettes, and unlocks the month and year views.

I bought Pro but a new phone doesn't have it.

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on. Pro is tied to your Apple Account, not to a device, and it is Family Shareable — so members of your Family Sharing group get it too, at no extra cost.

Where is my data, and is it backed up?

On your device only. ListJunkie has no account and no server, which is why it can promise your habits never leave your phone — but it also means an iPhone or iCloud device backup is the only copy. Deleting the app deletes its data, and we have no way to recover it.

Something's wrong, or I have an idea.
