Privacy Policy

ListJunkie collects no data. It has no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics. The only network traffic it ever causes is Apple's own — StoreKit checking the price of the Pro upgrade, and confirming or restoring a purchase. We operate no service for the app to talk to, so nothing you enter into ListJunkie leaves your device.

What ListJunkie stores on your device

All of the following is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad, and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else:

• Your habits, categories and one-time tasks — their names, colours, order, and weekly goals.
• Your completion history — which habits you checked off, and on which days. This is what the Stats tab and your streak are calculated from.
• Your settings — the colour palette, tone, and whether the mascot and confetti are on.

Deleting ListJunkie removes all of it from your device. Because none of it is ever uploaded, there is no copy anywhere else — which also means an uninstall is permanent, and there is nothing for us to restore.

Purchases

ListJunkie Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, payment details, or Apple Account. Your purchase is confirmed on your device through Apple's StoreKit, and ListJunkie stores only a local flag recording that Pro is unlocked. Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymous sales reports; those contain no personal information. Apple's handling of purchases is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data sharing

There is nothing to share. We do not collect, sell, rent, or transfer personal information, and ListJunkie contains no third-party SDKs, advertising, or tracking of any kind. The app does not ask to track you across other apps or websites, because it has no reason to.

Children

ListJunkie is a personal habit tracker and is not directed at children. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children regardless of who is using it.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. We hold none. The data ListJunkie creates lives on your device and is entirely under your control; deleting the app deletes it.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
